Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, Patrick will be responsible for the manufacturing of an effervescent denture cleaning product. He is pleased with the move and with Job Market Access Center:

     "I will have a review in six months. The company is in a growth stage and this position is planned to lead to the Director of Manufacturing in five years.

The location is ideal for me as well as the culture within the company.

     "The largest hurdle was selling myself in the pharmaceutical field. I was able to draw similarities to the types of regulations and standards that I have worked with in the past in manufacturing as well as working with the Federal Government.

     "The largest areas of help for me were in the assessment of my skills.
